Don't Want to Know
November 11, 2002
like many of my songs, this one was written FOR some people, and ABOUT others, i hope the people it was written for appreciate my point of view, don't let me get the best of myself, and thanks for listening. and to the haters... bring it!
Break Me Down

This is the "game" song. It's about turning the tables and having some fun... Those who have been played, now it's your turn to play! Look for this as track #2 on the latest Blue Audio promo CD single.
Your Song
January 16, 1993
This was for a friend's birthday (thus the line, "a little gift for you to celebrate the day"). Although the last chorus sounded somewhat bleak, the lines are actually from the first original song I ever wrote, which was called "Nowhere Else to Go". Not sure why I put those lines in this song, but my favorite part is probably the verse right before that about the rich man / strong man. The recording is on the tape, Mercurial: songs from my living room.
